Article 1.

These rules regulate the organization of games of chance through electronic means of communication and they contain provisions on the organization of games, conditions for participation in the game, prize fund, informing players about the rules of the game, responsibility of the organizer, conditions and procedure of player registration. and on other issues of importance for organizing games of chance through electronic means of communication.

Article 2

Contractual relations between the organizer and the participant come into force upon conclusion of the registration through which the participant accepts these Rules. This contractual relationship is concluded for an indefinite period of time and can be terminated by either party.

These rules are binding on the organizer and participants and they are obliged to fully comply with them.

The Organizer guarantees the payment of winnings made in games of chance through electronic means of communication.

Article 3

These Rules, laws and by-laws governing the field of games of chance, form the entire legal framework for organizing and participating in special games of chance through electronic means of communication. The organizer undertakes to ensure the implementation of all rules of social responsibility and responsible play in accordance with the law in the organization of special games of chance through electronic means of communication, especially in the protection of minors, prevention of addiction in participants, protection of personal data, prevention of laundering money and terrorist financing.

II DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

Article 4

Organizer: organizer of games of chance through electronic means of communication.

Organizer’s website: refers to all programs, files, data or other content on www.primo-bet.com(“Site”), which are designed to help Players perform a task or allow the Player to participate in games of chance through funds electronic communications.

User / Participant: a natural person who, after the prescribed registration procedure, participates in games of chance through electronic means of communication.
