These provisions regulate the organization of a special betting game via electronic means of communication (hereinafter: betting) and they contain provisions on betting, conditions for participation in betting, price of one combination, deadline for receipt of payments, winnings fund, publication of game results , the deadline for payment of winnings, informing participants about the rules of betting, the procedure in case of cancellation or change of the time of the event, the responsibility of the organizer, business secrets, as well as other issues relevant to betting.
Electronic communication betting is a special game of chance in which the organizer predetermines events and odds for betting, and the participant freely chooses the signs that mark the outcome of the offered event or group of events on the electronic form for participation in the game via electronic means. Betting is organized continuously, according to defined terms and cars that are limited in time.
The provisions of these rules apply and apply to all bets that can be organized and that by their nature can be the subject of betting games.
In the manner specified in these rules, the participant can bet on:
results of individual or group sporting events;
certain event during the sports competition (number of goals scored, correct result, number of goals at half time and at the end of the match, who will score the first goal, which player / team will be the best scorer, in which part of the match more goals will be scored, more or less goals, etc.);
results in classic (eg whether a week will be drawn in the Lottery game, the number of winners with seven goals, etc.), special and fun games;
the success of the candidate in the election;
other events that have a random character, ie do not have a known outcome in advance, etc.
Bets that are contrary to positive legal regulations and general moral principles are not allowed.
The organizer publishes the events referred to in Article 26 on the organizer’s website which will be the subject of betting for a certain period of time or round, together with initial odds, betting instructions, possible special conditions, rules for specific betting, and other information that facilitates the participant’s participation. betting.
The following signs and types are used for betting: “1”, “X”, “2” and the two signs “1 or X”, “1 or 2” and “X or 2”.
The “1” sign indicates the victory of the home team, the “X” sign indicates a draw, and the “2” sign indicates the victory of the visiting team.
Host: the team or competitor listed first on the bid list (mark 1) – does not have to be the real host of the Event, in the case of playing on neutral ground.
Guest: the team or competitor listed on the bid list (mark 2) – does not have to be a real guest of the Event, in the case of playing on neutral ground.
Double digits: signs that indicate two results at the same time: a “1 or X” sign indicates a home team victory or a draw, a “1 or 2” sign indicates a home or away team victory and an “X or 2” sign indicates a draw or a away team victory. For certain types of betting, numerous marks (1,2,3 … n), letter marks (A, B, C … Ž) and special character marks can be used (<,>, +, -, = …) Or combinations thereof, as stated by the organizer in the list of event offer programs.
Event: any future uncertain event with a measurable, unknown outcome.
Betting: investment, ie dinar payment of money on the forecasted outcome of the event for which betting can be organized, in accordance with the Law. Betting consists of receiving bets from the player under the conditions proposed by the organizer.
Offer: list of events and their outcomes with quotas published on the official website of the organizer.
Stake: payment, the amount of money invested in dinars that the player pays by predicting the outcome of the event.
Outcome: the result of an event for which, on the basis of the Law, betting can be organized, and for which the organizer has set a quota (event coefficient).
The combination consists of a series of betting symbols referred to in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this Article. The number of characters in a string that makes up one combination ranges between the minimum and maximum number of events specified by the organizer for betting, of the total number of events offered from the list of betting events offered by the participant.
The system is a special way of forming (increasing) the number of betting combinations, and the player is allowed to increase the total number of betting combinations by forming event groups.
Fix is a label used when playing the system, to indicate a specific event that will participate in all combinations chosen by the player.
Odds are a decimal number determined in advance by the organizer for each offered event that is the subject of betting and is used to calculate the amount of winnings. The quota can be determined for each event separately, as part of one combination, or for the total combination, or for all events that make up that combination. In case the odds are determined for each event separately, the combination quota is obtained by multiplying the odds of all individual events. The organizer reserves the right to change the quotas published in the program of offered events, about which a timely notice will be posted on the organizer’s website. The amount of winnings and odds is determined when placing a bet and cannot be changed later.
Handicap: the advantage in goals (points, percentages or other values related to the event that is the subject of betting) that the organizer gives in advance to a participant from the offer of sports events for betting. The final outcome of a handicapped event is formed by adding to the number of goals, points or other values marked as handicap the goals, points or other values actually achieved by the handicapped team.
The multiplier of participation is the number by which the participant, with a special surcharge, indicates how many times his combinations participate in the game, ie how many times his eventual winnings will increase.

Obvious error: any error in the offer related to the event itself, ie related to odds, participants, time and place of the matches, inability to check the accuracy of the results, letter and number errors and the like.
Known bet: A known bet is a bet in which the final outcome can no longer be changed until the end of the match.
Invalid betting: a situation where the organizer calculates odds of 1.00 instead of a certain odds on the ticket in defined cases (eg postponed match, canceled match, wrong pair, etc.).
The amount of the winning fund in betting is the sum of all winnings of participants in betting, and it is not determined in advance and does not depend on the payments received for participation in a particular betting round.
